This role focuses on

quality conversations, customer satisfaction, and service excellence -- with no sales or targets involved.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound calls

in a polite and professional manner. Assist customers with queries, bookings, and service information. Maintain accurate call records and update customer details. Provide prompt resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery. Maintain a positive and customer-first attitude at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent communication in

English and Hindi

(regional language is a plus). Graduate (

Pass-out years 2021-2025 only

). Basic computer skills and typing proficiency. Polite, patient, and empathetic while handling customer queries. Willing to work

from office in Mumbai
