Requirements:



Graduate or Undergraduate can apply Minimum 1 year of experience in

International BPO (Voice/Non-Voice/Blended)

Excellent communication skills in English Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Responsibilities:



Handle international customer queries via calls, chat, or email Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction Meet performance and quality parameters Maintain professionalism and adherence to process guidelines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?750,000.00 per year
