Location: Kharadi, Pune
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Rotational | (Day shift for females till 8 PM) | 6 days working
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
Skills Required:
Excellent communication in English & Hindi
No MTI / RTI or pronunciation errors
Experience:
Open for Freshers & Experienced candidates
Candidates with an Insurance or Sales background preferred
Salary Package:
Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC
Experienced: Up to ₹40,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives
Interview Process:
HR Round | Versant (Level 6) | Written Test | Ops Round | Client Round
Key Role:
Engage with potential leads and advise them on suitable insurance products (Outbound Process).
