We are seeking a motivated and confident Customer Care Executive to handle client communication, coordination, and support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure smooth interaction with customers and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Maintain client records and follow up on queries.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Manage data entry and reporting using MS Excel.
Support the sales and client servicing team in daily tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Prior experience in Real Estate is an added advantage.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
