Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Well versed with Software Application / Emailing / Microsoft Office

Prior experience in Front Desk Management.

Attending Phone Calls - Inquiries

Follow-up and coordinating daily with all centers and referral labs for samples and solving queries they have.

Coordinating with collection boys and assigning them task for pickup of samples from all centers & referral labs.

Will be responsible for Appointment / Registration / Billing/Cash Management

Coordination with the in-house Pathologist / Laboratory technicians/ Managers

Coordinating with accounts and raising of corporate billing every month.

Handling petty cash and sending vouchers and cash statement to HO accounts dept.

Completion of daily task assigned by administrative / accounts / management managers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
