Job Description

Handling all PAN INDIA queries.

Taking all inbound calls, making outbound calls as when required.

Helping the team with Data Entry.

Making outbound calls to leads to convert inquiries into enrolments.

Delivering compelling and customised sales pitches based on customer needs.

Following up with warm leads and lapsed enquiries to maximise conversions.

Achieving set targets for enrolments and conversions as per weekly/monthly goals.

Updating CRM systems with lead status, follow-up actions, and call outcomes.

Sharing regular reports and insights with the management team regarding lead quality,

conversion patterns, and feedback trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
