Freshers & Experienced both can apply Excellent communication skills in English (No MTI/RTI) Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills Customer service-oriented attitude

Shift & Working Days:



Day Shift 6 Days Working (1 rotational week off)

Salary & Benefits:



Freshers:

Up to ₹25,000 CTC

Experienced:

Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn)*

Roles & Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions via outbound calls Guide customers on suitable insurance or related products based on their needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
