We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to handle client communication, provide excellent support, and coordinate between internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical, etc.) to fulfill client requests and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service issues.
Monitor client satisfaction and follow up to ensure positive relationships.
Assist in onboarding new clients and providing product or service information.
Prepare and share reports or updates related to client activities and support metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, or coordination roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (or Google Workspace).
