We are looking for a female Customer Care Executive (fresher) to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for fresher looking to start their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming customer calls, emails, or chats professionally and promptly. Resolve customer queries and concerns with clarity and patience. Provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain records of customer interactions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs. Follow company policies and standard procedures for customer handling.

Requirements:



Female candidates only. Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer service. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Good verbal and written communication skills in English language. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
