Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats to assist customers.
Provide accurate information about company products and services.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain call logs and customer records.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
Meet quality and productivity targets as defined by the company.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
Location:
Must be willing to work from the Kharadi office.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (if required).
