Key Responsibilities:
Act as the
primary point of contact
between customers and dealers for EV orders.
Coordinate and
assign orders to customers
based on dealer availability and requirements.
Track order status, delivery timelines, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Escalate issues
or delays with dealers and customers to the relevant teams for quick resolution.
Maintain accurate records of orders, assignments, and communications.
Build strong relationships with dealers to improve efficiency and service quality.
Provide regular updates and reports on order progress, challenges, and escalations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service-level agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 0-1 years of experience in
coordination, customer service, or operations
(EV/Automotive sector preferred).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to
handle pressure, manage multiple tasks
, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Language proficiency (mandatory):
Hindi, Marathi, and English (spoken and written).
