Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate product information and assist with orders, returns, and refunds
Record and maintain customer interactions in the CRM system
Work with other teams to resolve customer concerns
Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction
Work Schedule:
Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Focused, dedicated, and customer-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt
Compensation:
Internship (Freshers - CSE Interns): ₹8,000 per month (stipend)
Full-Time Employment (Freshers - CSE): ₹16,000 - ?22,000 per month (in hand)
