Position: Customer Success Associate

Headcount: 150

Interview rounds: HR Round; Versant 5 Certified; Written Assessment; Ops Round; Client Round

Skillset: Excellent comms in both English and Hindi. No MTI or RTI, grammatical or pronunciation errors.

Qualification: Graduate from any field

Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Preferred: Insurance experience and sales acumen.

Languages: English & Hindi

Salary: For fresher up to 25,000 CTC & for experienced up to 35,000 CTC (based on last drawn)

Shift: Rotational Shift (Day shift for females until 8 PM; rotational for males). 6 days of working.

Location: Office No 1501, 1508, Nyati Enthal, Sr. no. 12/1A, Mundhwa-Kharadi Bypass, Kharadi South Main Road, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹10,547.76 - ₹28,962.77 per month
