We are looking for a professional and patient-focused
Customer Care Executive
to manage customer and patient interactions during the evening shift. The role involves handling inquiries related to diagnostic tests, bookings, reports, and home collection services, while ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from patients.
Assist patients with test information, booking home sample collections, and appointment scheduling.
Provide updates on test reports and coordinate with the lab team for timely delivery.
Address patient queries and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Record patient details accurately in the system (CRM / software).
Coordinate with collection staff, phlebotomists, and lab teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain follow-ups with patients to ensure high satisfaction and service quality.
Ensure adherence to company policies, data confidentiality, and service standards.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with good communication skills.
Prior experience in
healthcare, pathology, or diagnostic services
preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, patient management software/CRM).
Willingness to work
evening shifts
.
