Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering the best solution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, logistics, etc.) to address complex issues.
Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
