Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Service Executive (Tele-Caller) who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meaningful conversations, and is passionate about helping people find their dream homes.

Key Responsibilities

? Engage with channel partners in the real estate ecosystem to generate qualified leads.

? Conduct cold calling to identify and convert potential leads into sales opportunities.

? Maintain high tele-calling quality standards by regularly reviewing and optimizing call scripts and interactions.

? Stay updated on market trends in the interior design and real estate industries.

? Meet and exceed performance targets related to call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

? Deliver outstanding customer interactions with a consultative approach.
