Job Description

Handle retailer & customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Prepare & analyze reports for management

Coordinate with Security, MEP, Housekeeping & Parking teams

Organize events for retail partners & support marketing initiatives

Oversee brand fit-out work & mall renovation projects

Manage parking operations (staff, attendance, checklists)

Maintain records, SOPs & assist in compliance and financial collections

Act as the voice of mall management with retailers, service providers & government departments

What we're looking for:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT)

Organized, analytical & customer-focused

Location: Kalyan

Reports to: Sr. Operations Executive

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
