Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Operations)

Experience: 3-6 years (Retail / Real Estate preferred)
Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Age: 30+
Key Responsibilities:
Handle retailer complaints & ensure timely resolutions
Prepare reports, analyze data & maintain records
Coordinate with MEP, Security, Housekeeping & Parking teams
Organize events & retail partner activities
Support mall renovation, fit-outs & snag reporting
Assist in financial aspects - rent, CAM, utilities & parking
Manage parking operations & staff
Skills Required:
Excellent communication
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational & coordination abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,542.99 - ₹28,952.57 per month
