The Customer Care Executive (CCE) is responsible for managing daily operational activities at the mall, ensuring timely resolution of retailer and customer issues, maintaining compliance, coordinating events, and supporting various departments to enhance customer experience and smooth mall operations.

Graduate in any stream
MBA preferred
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

Ability to multitask and manage various stakeholders
Experience
3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the
Real Estate
or
Retail
industry
Prior experience in mall operations or facility management is advantageous
Age Criteria
Minimum 30 years
Key Responsibilities Retail & Customer Relations
Handle in-house retailer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution
Act as the point of contact between mall management and retail partners
Coordinate with security, MEP, housekeeping, and parking departments for seamless operations
Maintain effective communication with service providers, vendors, and tenants
Interact with mall patrons professionally and resolve issues efficiently
Operations Management
Assist in mall renovation coordination with the projects team
Oversee fit-out works for new brand setups
Conduct regular snag reports and follow-up
Monitor daily operational activities and report to Sr. Operations Executive
Coordinate weekly meetings with outsourced team members
Ensure compliance with government regulations, contracts, and zoning ordinances
Marketing & Events
Organize events in coordination with the marketing team
Support event execution for retail partners and festive occasions
Financial Support & Credit Control
Assist in tracking and collecting rent, CAM (Common Area Maintenance), utilities, and parking collections
Support credit control functions by liaising with retailers for timely payments
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records, daily reports, SOPs, inventories, and attendance registers
Generate and analyze operational reports for review
Parking Management
Oversee parking operations including stilt, LG parking, and periphery area
Ensure proper attendance, grooming, and conduct of parking staff
Maintain parking checklists and coordinate with vendors
Working Conditions
On-site role at Kalyan location
6-day work week (as per company policy)
Must be available for daily reporting and coordination with senior management
