Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Arts/Science). 2-5 years' experience in

customer service / consumer electronics service desk

. Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi; regional languages a plus). Basic knowledge of

CRM tools (Zoho, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.)

. Problem-solving attitude, patience, customer-first mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,533.58 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
