Cater to customer phone calls and resolving their queries. Curate streamlined email and social media communication for the queries/complaints received. Help customers choose the right package (Up Sell & Cross Sell) Handle customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner Working knowledge of CRM and queue management Inform customers of upcoming promotions or deals Establish positive rapport with all clients and customers. fixing appointments based on the availability of customers and clients. Interact with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
