We recently launched our first product wired headphones, combining durability with a sleek aesthetic, in collaboration with a leading creator with over 15 million followers (Mithilesh Patankar aka Mythpat).

We are backed by prominent founders including Ritesh Agarwal (OYO), Jaynti Kanani (Polygon), Vedang Patel, and Rohin Samtaney (The Souled Store), as we work towards building a new standard in consumer tech.

:

1. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and courteous resolutions.

2. Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to track orders, process returns, and ensure timely deliveries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
