Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with property enquiries. Provide accurate details about projects, locations, and pricing. Maintain customer data in CRM software. Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups. Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly call & lead targets.

Requirements

Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi is an advantage). Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
