Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle inbound calls, appointment bookings, and patient queries.
Guide patients regarding hospital services, OPD timings, consultants' availability, and procedures.
Assist patients with registration, billing, and admission-related processes.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address patient complaints and escalate unresolved issues to higher management.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records and hospital information.
Support in feedback collection and service quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure waiting areas and front desk are well-maintained and patient-friendly.
Promote hospital health checkup packages, camps, and other patient-care initiatives.
