Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from parents and address their queries in a professional manner.
Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and email queries from parents.
Actively listen and provide effective solutions to customer concerns.
Ensure accountability for the quality and completion of assigned tasks.
Proactively resolve issues rather than waiting for instructions.
Maintain a positive, polite, and empathetic communication style.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English compulsory).
Good listening skills with the ability to understand and empathize with parents.
Prior experience in customer care or similar roles preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email communication, and basic computer tools.
Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
