Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and providing solutions Maintain customer records by updating account information Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support

Requirements:



Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Basic computer and typing skills High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus)
Qualification: HSC /Graduate

Shift: Rotational shift/ rotational weekoff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?22,000.00 per month
