Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:



Order Management:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Dispatch Coordination:

Coordinate with the packing team to ensure materials are packed according to invoices.

Customer Communication:

Provide customers with timely updates on material dispatch details.

Delivery Tracking & Confirmation:

Monitor dispatched materials and obtain customer acknowledgment upon receipt.

Purchase Order Verification:

Cross-verify incoming materials against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.

Payment Follow-up:

Proactively follow up on payments before material dispatch.

Reporting:

Maintain essential reports related to orders, dispatches, and customer interactions.

List Management:

Keep the order-to-dispatch list updated regularly.



Qualifications:



BCom



Proven experience in a customer service or order management role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using relevant software for order processing and reporting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
