Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing clients, providing information on our hair regrowth treatments, products, and services.
Make outbound calls to follow up with potential leads, provide appointment reminders, and promote ongoing care services.
Assist clients with understanding their treatment options, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the process of booking consultations.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions within our CRM system.
Provide excellent ongoing support for existing clients, including appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
Respond to inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and care, ensuring a positive and supportive client experience.
Collaborate with hair care specialists to ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality service.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to management when needed.
Educate clients about special offers, new treatments, and product lines that could enhance their experience.
Preferred Candidate
:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a domestic BPO environment, preferably in customer service or a similar field.
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree or relevant certifications preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients professionally and clearly.
A proactive, empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help people.
