Job Description

As a CRM Specialist, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and boosting sales performance. You will play a key role in managing B2B/B2C sales funnels, onboarding new clients, maintaining key customer accounts, and optimizing CRM workflows to drive revenue and customer loyalty across our brands - Epitight, Cozitis, and Niconi.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow retail, salon, and e-commerce partner relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign alignment and lead conversion. Support new product launches with tailored sales strategies. Develop automated workflows and personalized communication journeys. Monitor customer lifecycle and design win-back/retention campaigns. Analyze data to identify gaps in customer engagement or sales opportunities. Act as the first point of contact for key clients or distributors. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Conduct periodic follow-ups, review meetings, and satisfaction surveys.

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
