Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution Process orders, forms, applications, and requests Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams Stay up to date with product knowledge and system changes
