The Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to be the friendly face and voice behind Brawny Bear. From resolving queries to ensuring each customer feels taken care of, you'll be at the heart of building loyalty and trust.
You'll work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure smooth customer journeys across platforms.

What You'll Do

Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, call and social media Manage returns, replacements, and feedback gracefully Coordinate with our operations and logistics teams to solve issues quickly Maintain response logs and track recurring issues Help build a delightful post-purchase experience

What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience in customer support (internships count) Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Hindi Calm under pressure, patient, and empathetic Organised, detail-oriented, and a natural problem solver
