Customer Care Executive



Job Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Achieve performance targets such as response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills:



Excellent communication (verbal and written)

Strong problem-solving ability

Good listening and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Patience and a customer-focused attitude

Qualification:



Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream

Experience

:

0-3 years in customer service or call center (freshers can apply)

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
