We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused

Customer Care Executive

who is fluent in

Malyalam

to join our support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide assistance, and ensure a smooth customer experience in the Kannada language.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from Kannada-speaking customers. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently. Provide accurate information about products/services. Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal databases. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department as needed. Meet daily/weekly performance targets and quality standards.

Shift:



Rotational shifts / Day shift (as per business requirement)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.25 - ?18,000.00 per month
