: Customer Support Executive



Location:

Bhubaneswar (Work From Office)

Shift:

24/7 Rotational

Working Days:

6 days per week | 9-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information Document customer interactions and escalate issues when required Maintain customer satisfaction and support team performance targets

Eligibility Criteria:



Male candidates only

Freshers or candidates with minimum 6 months of BPO experience Strong communication skills in English Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

Important Notes:



Shortlisted candidates must attend a

walk-in interview in Bhubaneswar
