Key Responsibilities



Handle

inbound customer calls

in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve queries effectively while maintaining

first-call resolution standards

. Provide accurate and updated information on the process. Ensure high levels of

customer satisfaction

through quality service. Accurately

document customer interactions

in the system.

Requirements



Experience:

Prior BPO experience preferred.

Experience Certificate:

Mandatory for experienced candidates.

Education:

Graduate/Undergraduate candidates may apply.

Skills Required



Strong

verbal communication

skills in

English & Hindi

. Good

problem-solving ability

and proactive approach. Ability to

multitask

and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Customer-centric mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
