Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support. Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide information about products, services, and policies clearly and effectively. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution. Follow up on customer complaints or requests to ensure closure. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
