Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Malayalam & English)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally. Proficiency in
Malayalam
along with
either English or Hindi
is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to customer queries.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Meet performance targets related to call handling, response time, and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in
Malayalam
and
either English or Hindi
(mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage customer issues with patience and empathy.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
Prior experience in customer support or call center roles is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities.
Additional Advantage:
Knowledge of more than two languages.
Experience in handling customer escalations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
