Customer Relationship Executive
to handle client interactions, provide support, and maintain positive customer relationships. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIIES
Communicate with customers via phone, or in person.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate support or information.
Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
Handle basic inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Assist in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Fresher or up to 1 year experience can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
