The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service in the showroom by assisting customers, addressing their queries, ensuring a smooth buying experience, and maintaining strong relationships to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Location - Kavugal and Puthanathani
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and provide assistance as needed.
Understand customer needs and guide them about products, features, and prices.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely follow-up and delivery.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and promotions.
Ensure the showroom's appearance is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Maintain records of customer interactions, purchases, and service requests.
Assist in processing billing, payments, and documentation.
Support showroom events, promotions, and marketing activities.
Strive to achieve customer satisfaction targets and contribute to the showroom's sales goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification:
Graduate (any discipline)

1-3 years
of experience in customer service or front-desk roles (showroom experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with strong customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Fluency in
English and local language
is preferred.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
