Customer Care Executive (Male candidates preferred)

for our

Commercial Vehicle Division (Volvo & Eicher)

at

Malappuram

. The role involves managing customer relations, coordinating service activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our commercial vehicle clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service and vehicle support. Coordinate with service teams for vehicle maintenance and follow-ups. Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems. Collect customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues. Support after-sales service, warranty, and AMC coordination. Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer interactions.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Graduate (preferred in Automobile, Mechanical, or Business Administration). Excellent communication in

Malayalam & English

Hindi

is an added advantage. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). Customer-focused and good problem-solving skills. Experience in the automobile or commercial vehicle industry preferred.
