Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Malappuram. The Customer Care Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues. The role involves maintaining positive customer relationships, offering product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications



Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills

Customer Service skills

Basic understanding of Critical Care Medicine and Medicine

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using customer service software and tools

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Previous experience in customer service positions is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
