Job Description

Respond promptly to incoming customer calls.

Address customer queries regarding vehicles details and other related information.

Provide accurate information to customers and guide them through the enquiry process.

Record all customer enquiries accurately in the DMS system

Ensure all relevant details such as customer name, contact information, enquiry details, and source of enquiry are captured correctly.

Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions.

Monitor and respond to digital enquiries received through the website and social media channels.

Follow up on digital leads promptly to ensure timely customer engagement.

Keep track of follow-up actions and customer response

Allocate customer enquiries to the appropriate sales consultants based on predefined criteria.

Ensure that sales consultants receive accurate and complete information about each lead.

Follow up with sales consultants to track the progress of each lead and ensure timely follow-up actions.

Coordinate with customers and sales consultants to schedule test drives.

Verify that test drives are conducted as scheduled.

Collect feedback from customers after the test drive and update the DMS system accordingly.

Prepare and submit daily reports on enquiry, bookings, follow-ups, test drives, and Retails.

Report any issues or discrepancies to the sales manager.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
