Minimum 1 year in International BPO / Customer Support (Voice/Chat)
Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English; good grammar, pronunciation, and customer handling skills
Compensation
Fresher (Contractual):
CTC: ₹2 LPA
In-hand: ₹17,400/month
Experienced:
CTC: ₹3.4 LPA
In-hand: ₹22,000/month
Additional Benefits:
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2,000/month
Travel Allowance: ₹1,400/month
Cab Facility: Available for night shifts

HR Screening - Voice, Grammar & Accent check
Functional Round - Mock Call/Chat handling
AMCAT Test - Minimum qualifying score: 58
