Customer Care Executive
to manage incoming calls, enquiries, and client communication. The role is the first point of contact for our organisation and plays a crucial role in creating a positive and trustworthy experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities: Call & Enquiry Management
Attend incoming phone calls professionally and respond to customer enquiries clearly and accurately
Handle WhatsApp, email, and online enquiries on time
Provide information about services, fees, appointments, and procedures
Route calls to the appropriate department or professional when required
Customer Interaction
Greet clients politely and address their concerns with empathy and patience
Maintain a calm and supportive tone, especially when dealing with distressed or confused callers
Follow up on enquiries, missed calls, and pending client requests
Appointment & Record Management
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments as per protocol
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups
Update client details in CRM / appointment software
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with therapists, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth client flow
Inform clients about policies, consent procedures, and service guidelines
Support front office and administrative operations when required
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduation (preferred)
Skills
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
Fluency in Malayalam and English (additional languages are an advantage)
Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM, appointment software)
Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
Experience
1-3 years of experience in customer care, front office, call centre, clinic, or service industry preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
