Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive

Customer Relationship & Lead Management Executive

to handle customer communication, manage leads, assist in documentation, and support end-to-end loan processing. The role requires strong communication, follow-up skills, and coordination with customers, banks, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries Contact and follow up on leads from digital marketing, referrals, and internal sources Maintain lead and call reports in Google Sheets/Excel Share qualified leads with relevant teams Assist in customer onboarding, documentation, and profiling Upload and manage customer documents on Google Drive and Profit Centre Support loan processing, bank coordination, and customer updates Coordinate with internal teams, legal officers, and banks for case progress
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
