Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Professional at Notespaedia. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support, addressing customer concerns using analytical skills, communicating clearly with users, and delivering high-quality customer service on a daily basis.
Requirements
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
Strong communication and analytical skills
Language fluency English and Hindi
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience in customer service is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Female candidates preferred
