Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication

- Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally.

Appointment Scheduling

- Book, confirm, and follow up on client appointments.
?

Lead Generation & Follow-Ups

- Engage with potential clients and ensure proper follow-ups.
?

Customer Assistance

- Provide details on therapy sessions, fees, and psychologist availability.
?

Maintain Records

- Update client interactions and appointment status in the system.
?

Feedback & Support

- Collect feedback and address customer concerns promptly.
?

Coordination with Teams

- Work closely with psychologists and administrative staff.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum

12th pass / Bachelor's degree preferred

.
?

Experience:

1+ year

in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare support (preferred).
?

Languages:

Fluency in

English and Malayalam

(additional languages are a plus).
?

Skills:

Strong

communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

.
?

Tech-Savvy:

Basic knowledge of

MS Office, CRM tools, and call-handling software

.
?

Professionalism:

Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle customer queries calmly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
