Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and energetic Customer Relationship & Lead Management Executive to join our growing team. This role involves handling customer communications, managing leads, coordinating loan documentation, and supporting the complete loan processing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Call Handling

Handle incoming customer calls and forward to management when required

Respond to customer enquiries received through two official WhatsApp numbers

Provide accurate information regarding products and services

Contact leads generated by digital marketing, employees, and management

Handle BNI referrals and prepare testimonials for BNI members

2. Lead Management & Reporting

Follow up with customers and update lead status in Google Sheets

Maintain an Excel sheet recording names, numbers, and incoming/outgoing calls and share it with the Deputy Manager

Track leads from Retail, SME, and Private Funding groups

Identify and update qualified leads

Share qualified leads in respective groups with basic customer details

3. Customer Onboarding & Documentation

Create WhatsApp groups for customers and share greetings and document lists

Create customer folders on Google Drive and upload all documents

Conduct primary profiling and basic financial analysis for salaried customers

Enter and update customer details in the Profit Centre

Follow up with customers to collect pending documents

4. Loan Processing & Coordination

Take CIBIL reports when required

Update customer profiles upon receiving new documents

Handover files to the Bank Finalization Team

Update customers on case status after finalization

Follow up for documents required by credit and legal teams

Coordinate Personal Discussion (PD) and technical valuation with banks

Inform customers about sanction details (loan amount, tenure, charges, conditions)

Coordinate agreement signing before disbursement

5.Internal Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with Team Leader, Bank Finalization Officer, and Bank Follow-Up Officer

Follow up with the Legal Officer for document verification and pending issues

Send emails to banks regarding customer documents during and after finalization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
