Job Description

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for driving showroom sales by assisting customers in selecting appropriate plywood, boards, laminates, and interior design-related products. The role involves providing product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Preference will be given to male candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on usage and budget. Achieve monthly and annual sales assigned by management. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved limits, and close sales. Coordinate billing, order processing, and delivery schedules with internal teams. Maintain showroom displays, samples, and merchandising standards. Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements or shortages. Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with repeat customers and trade partners. Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and customer trends. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and sales procedures. Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and follow-up reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in plywood, laminates, or interior design products Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of interior materials and applications Ability to negotiate and close sales Customer-oriented approach Basic computer and billing software knowledge

Preferred:

Experience dealing with carpenters, contractors, and interior designers Knowledge of plywood brands and interior finishes

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
