Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products.
Handle inbound calls for product enquiries, pricing, and order support.
Convert leads into orders and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
Provide information on offers, discounts, and new product launches.
Maintain accurate customer data and update call logs in the system.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
